Content managers are responsible for the strategy and determination of relevant and engaging content for a brand’s customers. They lead the copy development process through the various content creation and review phases of projects. Knowledge of content management systems and a strong understanding of visuals — especially infographics and video — and overall layout is often required for this role. A solid track record of leading successful content marketing campaigns is usually preferred.
