What matters to us
From little things, big things grow. We start with the fundamentals of sound ethics, fairness and respect, and grow it into a culture that empowers you to transform lives. We are building a workforce that is collaborative, supportive, respectful and that gives all employees an equal opportunity to thrive and grow their careers.

Most admired
We walk the talk. In February 2023, Robert Half was ranked first in the list of “World’s Most Admired Companies” – a list we’ve been named on each year since 1998.
Building a diverse workforce culture
Here is everything Robert Half does to support a diverse workforce culture.
What we stand for
For Robert Half, DEI means creating a workplace where people of different nationalities, races, genders, experience levels, sexual orientations and other characteristics feel accepted. We strive to make our company an organisation where everyone is treated fairly, justly and impartially, and has equal access to opportunities to have their voices heard and advance in the company.
Employee engagement surveys
We value employee feedback, and we measure a variety of factors that influence the experience and level of engagement of our workforce. To better understand the changing needs and concerns of our professionals, we capture employee feedback on a quarterly basis. Employees were asked if Robert Half is a great place to work: 94% said Yes.
Active employee networks
Our DEI programs are guided by the priorities of our employees. We seek their feedback through our Employee Network Groups (ENG), Culture Ambassadors, Strategic Diversity Champions and employee experience surveys. In 2021, 50% of Robert Half employees participated in at least one ENG event. You can find more information about our ENGs here.
Partnership engagement
Robert Half works with a number of external DEI partners. In 2021, Robert Half and Protiviti contributed nearly $6 million in total community investment around the globe, including our corporate contributions to non-profit partners, matching gifts and volunteer time. In the UK we are proud to support Make-A-Wish® UK.
Employee health, safety and well being
An upcoming review of our offerings will focus on benefits for special needs children and veterans, fertility benefits, mental health awareness training, and increased financial wellness products. Going forward, we are committed to offering the flexible options that support our people’s work-life balance.
Choosing a career path at Robert Half
Our people matter to us. So, we’ve built a positive, inclusive work environment designed to fuel your career and help you thrive. Our aim is to help you feel valued, fulfilled and proud to be part of Robert Half.
