Materiality assessment

Our materiality approach utilizes findings from our inaugural formal materiality assessment, conducted in 2022, and focuses on topics that are most likely to impact Robert Half’s success and those of the greatest importance to our stakeholders. Topics related to human capital management, including diversity, equity and inclusion, data protection, and ethics emerged as top priorities and are considered critical to our approach to business integrity and innovation. Accountability

Robert Half develops and executes our ESG strategies and initiatives with the oversight of our company’s Board of Directors and senior leadership. Our board receives regular reports on various ESG activities, including policy and program updates related to human capital management, community and DEI initiatives, cybersecurity, and privacy, among other compliance topics. The ESG team is part of our Business Operations and Law group under the leadership of our Senior Vice President and Global Privacy Officer.

Our approach to reporting

We have adopted an annual publishing schedule to deliver regular updates about our progress in addressing the ESG topics that are most important to Robert Half and our stakeholders.
