Florence Ligot has been part of the Robert Half team for many years, where she works closely with Philip Hendrickx. She started her career as a consultant and quickly rose to associate business director. Since 2018, she has been Managing Director for Executive Search where she excels in placing senior executives in various job domains and industries. Her clients are mainly family businesses and SMEs owned by private equity firms and praise her for her integrity, flexibility and commitment to excellence.
Prior to joining Robert Half, Florence gained experience at professional services firm PWC.
Philip Hendrickx has been an established value at Robert Half for more than 20 years, where he has dedicated most of his career to building the executive search practice, working closely with Florence Ligot. Together with his team, he has assisted numerous companies in various sectors in building leadership teams that make the difference. His focus is mainly on C-suite positions and covers all domains (General Management, Finance, ICT, Operations, Sales & Marketing, HR etc).
Prior to joining Robert Half, Philip gained experience in FMCG as controller at Reckitt Benckiser and as senior auditor at PWC.
Veronique Elskens is responsible for the Benelux operations of Robert Half’s executive search team. She joined Robert Half in 2005 and was responsible for the further development of the operations of permanent staffing in Brussels area and the launch of the operations for West-Flanders as well as having additional responsibilities for East-Flanders. Throughout the years she has been instrumental in building new infrastructure and strategies for various divisions of the group.
She has a solid understanding of the market, industries and sectors in different regions and has nearly 18 years of experience within the Robert Half group holding both operational, leadership and strategic roles in different regions within Benelux.
