2019: Max Messmer, Robert Half Chairman and CEO for 33 years, retires from his position as CEO and continues as Executive Chairman. Messmer is succeeded as CEO by M. Keith Waddell.
2008: Robert Half is listed for the first time on the FTSE4Good Responsible Investment Index.
2008: Robert Half opens its first staffing location in the Middle East, in Dubai, UAE.

1977: Bob Half testifies before Congress on ways to reduce fraud in accounting and auditing practices.
1973: Robert Half opens its first international location in London, United Kingdom.
